Student Building and Campus Plaza have over 100 clubrooms in total which are available for club activities.
How to borrow a clubroom key
Bring your student ID card or User Card to Student Building/Campus Plaza Office and tell us the name of the room you want to use. We lend you the key in exchange for your card. Note that you cannot borrow two or more room keys at once.
After using the room, return the key to the Office and receive your Student ID Card/User Card. Do not take any keys out of the buildings. Do not duplicate the keys and use them, either. If someone breaks rules, then their club would be suspended using clubrooms as a punishment.
Student ID Card Exchange(学生証交換)
When someone, who is borrowing a key, leaves the clubroom earlier than other members, he/she should bring the Student ID Card of another member staying in the room to the Office and exchange it for his/her Student ID Card.
Membership Card(会員証)
In order to improve security and entrance control, some clubrooms issue Membership Cards. When you borrow the room key of such a room, you have to bring your Membership Card instead of/in addition to your Student ID Card. Furthermore, you can borrow the key by a Student ID Card of other universities if your club is allowed. When your club needs to apply in such a way, please ask in the Office.
User Card(使用証)
We issue “User Card” which is equivalent to Student ID Card only in Student Building/Campus Plaza. If you have it, you don’t have to deposit your Student ID Card to the Office. In addition, you can substitute User Card ID for your personal information when you write application forms of Common Use Rooms.
Notes
- To avoid troubles, a Student ID Card can be returned only to its owner.
- The Student ID Card of which recorded information is blurred is unavailable.
- Please finish activities five minutes before closing and return keys.
